Canberra Drive-In Conditions Of Entry

  • Participating in the drive-in is at your own risk, including any risk of injury, death, theft, loss or damage.

  • Vehicle engines must be off for the duration of the movie, and your foot must be kept off the brake.

  • It is your responsibility to have an operational FM radio that can be used to tune to the sound of the movie. Note that mobile apps will not tune into  88.8FM.

  • No rubbish is to be left on the grounds of the drive-in, unless in a bin. We recommend that you bring your own garbage bag. 

  • Footwear must be worn at all times.

  • No filming is permitted on the grounds without prior consent from Park-In Pictures.

  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

  • You must be considerate of those around you. Note that obscene language and swearing will not be tolerated.

  • Each drive-in movie ticket permits 1x vehicle to 1x space on the grounds.

  • Ticket/s must be retained at all times.

  • It is your responsibility to check session times and details.

  • You must follow all signs and instructions. You must adhere to and follow all directions and regulations displayed on the grounds.

  • All vehicles on the drive-in grounds are subject to being towed (where the vehicle owner must pay any costs to recover their vehicle).

  • All vehicle occupants will be required to leave the grounds if a vehicle is found driving recklessly or dangerously and/or the driver is not adhering to directions.

  • Laser pointers are not permitted on the grounds of the drive-in.

  • Park-In Pictures have the right to refuse or terminate entry, without a refund, for any reason.

  • There are absolutely no refunds on any tickets once booked.

  • Weather conditions may cause your booked session to be cancelled.

  • No animals are permitted at the drive-in.

  • Wet weather notice: Our team has a lot of experience when it comes to weather. The event managers on-site are constantly checking the weather radar and the conditions at the location, which may differ from those at your home. Although we'll try and cancel a screening as early as possible, sometimes clear decision cannot be rewached until closer to our gates opening and it is ubnlikely that you will hear from us much earlier than this. If you contact us, we will not be able to give you any more information if we have not announced the cancellation. It is best to wait for us to contact you. If you do not hear from us, the screening is going ahead. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, the notification will come via SMS and email. You will be entitled to exchange your tickets to another screening night during the current season. Refunds will not be given for weather cancellations, unless it is the final week of the season. If you are unable to exchange to another screening, you may contact us and we can provide a voucher to the following season, however this voucher is subject to T&C's. 

COVID-19 Social Distancing Update

  • Social distancing measures are in place with all vehicles 2.5m apart to protect all of our attendees and are in accordance with the Government restrictions.

  • e-Ticketing system used to ensure contactless entrance procedure.

  • We request that all guests bring their own garbage bags to dispose of their rubbish.

  • The toilets are the only reason patrons are required to leave their vehicles. Social distancing will be monitored in queue area. While these facilities are available, guests are encouraged to remain in their vehicles for the duration of the event.
